"Antonio is a silky-smooth player which can do a bit of everything," said head coach Derrick Mitchell, who is entering his first season at Wiley College. "He can score off the bounce, shoot the 3, or drop a dime. Anything needed on the court, Antonio Jones is capable of doing at a high level. If he plays up to his potential, the sky is the limit."

The Wildcats are coming off a 13-13 season which ended with their 15th consecutive Red River Athletic Conference Tournament berth and their third semifinals appearance in the last four seasons.
